Sean Moffatt

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Sean began his career as a trainee estimator in the insurance sector and has since accumulated over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. Starting as a trainee estimator, he progressed to become a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor, gaining extensive experience in both project and construction management.

Throughout his career, Sean has worked across all areas of the construction industry, including commercial and residential projects, within both the private and public sectors. His portfolio spans design and build projects, refurbishments, fit-outs, new builds, maintenance contracts, and framework agreements.

Adrian Moffatt

PROJECT MANAGER

As Projects Manager, Adrian oversees all aspects of the operational delivery of our projects, liaising closely with clients, contractors, designers, engineers, HSQE teams, and Building Control Inspectors to ensure smooth and successful outcomes.

Outside of work, Adrian is a proud husband and father of two boys, with a lifelong passion for sport particularly rugby.

Charlie Atkins

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

As a Quantity Surveyor, Charlie is responsible for managing the full commercial aspects of all our developments. His role covers end-to-end procurement, including sourcing and coordinating all relevant contractors, materials, and plant. He also leads valuation meetings with both clients and contractors, ensuring projects remain commercially viable and financially controlled.

Outside of work, he’s passionate about the outdoors  and staying active enjoying hiking, camping, and boxing.

Lewis Billings

Business Development And Marketing Manager

As Business Development and Marketing Manager, Lewis is responsible for connecting directly with potential clients and leading outreach efforts to ensure FASE Group secures ongoing projects and maintains a strong online presence. He oversees all aspects of marketing, social media, and the company website.

Outside of work, Lewis is an avid Tottenham Hotspur supporter and a passionate fan of darts.
